Contact & Account Profiles
Deals do not go quiet. People do.
A deal score tells you something changed. The contact record tells you who changed. Macklore keeps a full interaction history and an engagement trend for every person and every account, so the answer to what happened here is one click rather than an afternoon of searching your inbox.
What a record holds
Four layers, assembled from activity rather than data entry.
Reps add judgement, like who the real decision maker is. Everything factual is collected for them.
Interaction history
Every mail, call, meeting and document event involving this person, in order, across all deals they touch. No tab switching to piece a relationship together.
Engagement trend
A trend line for the individual, not just the deal. You can see a champion cooling off weeks before the deal score reflects it.
Role in the committee
Champion, economic buyer, technical evaluator, blocker or unknown, set by the rep and checked against who actually replies.
Account rollup
All open and closed deals under one account, with a combined engagement read so renewals and expansions are not scored in isolation.

Suggested action: bring finance onto the thread before the next pricing exchange. Deals with a single engaged contact are the most common source of late-stage surprises.
Relationship risks Macklore watches
- Single-threaded deals are flagged the moment they pass a value threshold you set
- A contact who replied regularly and then stopped raises a named alert, not a generic one
- New contacts appearing on a thread are added to the map automatically for the rep to label
- Departures are caught when mail starts bouncing, and the account is marked for re-mapping
Engagement over time
A champion cooling off is visible weeks before the deal score drops.
Deal-level scores average across everyone involved. Person-level trends are where the early warning actually lives, especially on larger accounts with several threads running.
When a contact who replied within a day for two months starts taking five, the deal can still look fine. The person-level trend is already bending, and that is the moment to widen the thread rather than wait for the forecast to turn.

For most teams the answer is more than half. Macklore maps it on import, so you know before a champion changes job rather than afterwards.
